Clear Investment Group proudly shares the first round of fundraising is complete for Clear Opportunities Fund I, with approximately $20 million in LP commitments.

Roughly $10 million of this capital was deployed in the Fund’s first acquisition: a 549-unit portfolio in Shreveport, LA, which closed in December. Comprised of three properties from two distressed sellers, this portfolio squarely meets the Fund’s thesis: a class C opportunity offering major upside.
