Clear Investment Group, a multifamily real estate investment firm, announced the close of its third round in Clear Opportunities Fund I (“the Fund”) with approximately $10 million in added new member commitments, including a strategic partnership with Magnetar Capital, a leading alternative asset manager.
Launched in December 2022, the Fund seeks to maximize investor value through the stabilization of distressed workforce housing. To date, the Fund has raised approximately $60 million in equity commitments. Institutions and investors in due diligence are projected to bring the final closing AUM to over $80 million in the strategy.

During the pandemic, when unemployment rose to 14.8%, Class-C vacancy never exceeded 4%.
